Jason is flying out to Japan this weekend (20th November) to make his race debut with his new team in the prestigious Asia-Pacific Championship, and next season he will compete in a full programme of British, Italian, European and World Championships.

The deal is in association with Steve Green, principal of Henley Heritage TVR Ltd, who will be the new main dealer of the karts in the UK. Jason’s chief mechanic, Fraser Sheader, also works for the sportscar dealer and will be the Technical Director for Maranello Karts UK.

“It’s a very exciting development for me”, said Jason “I’ve had some excellent results in 2005 in the UK and in Europe and this drive is just what I need to start winning championships”. This year he narrowly missed out on the British Championship after leading for most of the season. He also had the opportunity to visit the Renault F1 factory and to test a Formula Renault car.

Jason will continue to have a close partnership with his main sponsor, the Gerald White Group, the leading Northampton-based car and commercial vehicle dealer.
