Team manager Jason Parrott flew back from Al Ain after the event finished on Saturday night to help direct operations at the Shenington club meeting and Winter Series round. That’s dedication!

In Minimax Callum Bowyer won both his heats in the rain and finished fourth in the final. He was still lacking engine power but drove really well.

Junior Max driver Matthew Mason qualified on pole and finished third. He was in the lead but made a few nervous mistakes, but he’s gaining experience all the time.

In Rotax 177 Florent Lambert was racing against the regular Senior Rotax class and had a DNF and a 12th in the heats and crashed at the start of the final, but he has confirmed as the team’s 177 driver.

KF2 driver Josh Fielding got knocked off in the first heat then started at the back in the second heat and came through to eighth. In the final he made up an amazing nine places on the first lap before getting knocked off again and finishing 17th.
