Jason Parrott has retired from racing to concentrate on running highly successful Rotax Max team Tim Parrott Motorsport. “I would have struggled to make the next step into cars or any further in karting because I couldn’t test because I was busy with the Rotax team,” said Jason.

“I’m sure I will struggle to stay out of the kart though especially when I’m away testing with the team!”

Jason is a race winner in international Super KF and brings a unique level of racing success and experience to the team, who won the Senior Max O Plate in 2009 with Matt Mason.

“I think me being involved 100% will result in more success for the team, because I will have more time and will be devoted to developing the equipment, and also more importantly have time to spend with the drivers trying to pass on some of my experience. TPM will have the only team manager with this amount of recent experience driving up-to-date karts at the highest international level.”
